• Upon receipt of your deposit by Vision Voyages, you are guaranteed a place on that workshop.  You will be sent an acknowledgement of your booking together with information you will need for the course.   
  • The balance of the course fee becomes due two weeks before your course starts, other than the Sacred Path Apprenticeship Advanced Training - which can be paid for in instalments.
  • All cancellations must be received by Vision Voyages by email or text message.  We do not accept verbal cancellations, eg by phone.  If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the course, you will receive a full refund, less your deposit which is non-returnable/non-transferable.
  • No refunds/transfers are available if notice is given after this 2-week period.  Failure to attend a course or leaving during the course will result in a loss of all monies paid.
  • If you are currently under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must provide a doctor’s letter or certificate confirming your fitness to take part in the course as well as notifying Vision Voyages at the time of your booking.  Vision Voyages courses are not suitable for those with psychiatric or deep emotional issues as our teachers are not professionally qualified in these areas.  Vision Voyages teachers are also not trained in allopathic medicine and do not know the medical history of course participants. Therefore they cannot offer any specific medical advice to participants on any course, workshop or training.
  • Vision Voyages will not accept liability for loss, injury, or damage to you or your personal property, or physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your course, workshop or training.
  • Chetna Lawless reserves the right to cancel any workshops or the participation of anyone, at any time for any reason.  In the event of cancellation, Vision Voyages will notify you as soon as possible.  In such a case, fees paid in advance will be refunded in full, as soon as possible.  Vision Voyages will not pay for any loss regarding travel costs including airlines flights or other costs associated with travel to the course or workshop.
  • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions I understand that all Vision Voyages workshops and trainings are offered for teaching purposes only and not for the purposes of providing healing or treating any student or participant for any physical or mental condition or illness.
