This includes teachings to support you to develop your personal shamanic practice, such as 'opening directions' and ensuring grounding afterwards.

The first session is one and a half hours long; subsequent sessions are one hour.

Once you have learnt how to journey, I support you in developing and deepening your practice safely. I help you work through challenges that you may encounter on your path, answer questions that arise, and hold the space for you to as you further explore your individual path of direct revelation.
