In these transformative weekends you befriend and release the trapped energies that have kept you in limitation. This is a joyful and fun way to do your personal work, the shadow work, through movement, yoga, shamanic theatre, journeying, healing, poetry, song, crafting and time in nature. Through ecstatic shamanic states, you witness yourself, honour stories and then we celebrate them leaving so we are free to be an open exquisite channel for the divine, our truest selves. Through the sacred and safe container of Colour Rays and the chakra system, we dive into the stories that have been held in our tissues and subconscious.
Colour Energy Medicine invites you to keenly witness and transform the loops and games your mind creates to keep you in limitation. When we love our sacred wounds and their teachings, we free ourselves from unconscious patterns and no longer remain trapped in the endless repetitive behaviours. Our vulnerabilities indicate our strengths and power. We embrace and love what has been banished so we become empty and free to own our power. By owning the hidden stories and trapped energy, loving ourselves and honouring the challenges we have come to learn and move through, we restore our vital energy and can move forward with our vitality. Waking up is hard to do, but not impossible! And with the Colour Rays, it becomes fun.
This group is deeply personal work and great for continuing professional development for healers and those in the helping professions.

As light workers, often working alone, at times we succumb to our fears, we get stuck in nooks and crannies, backwaters of the soul. We hide in our shadowy places despite thirsting and striving for the Greater Light. This group is an advanced group for those who wish to peel away the illusions and dig deep into their personal (Shakti) energy. Raising your personal energies can sometimes be shocking despite being liberating. If you have held your energies in check it can be radical to take the lid off your energies.
The Colour Rays show us a compassionate way of doing this, gently allowing you to get to know yourself and your powers of limitless love and light in appropriate increments. |

Red Root (Mulaband): We delve into the layers of the RED RAY: Strawberry Red, Burning Red, Cadaver Red, Ballpark Red, Vermillion Red, Cackling Red, Barbarous Red, Lava Red, Clay Red, Maroon and Claret.
(The root issues relate to survival, safety, security, roots, tribe, belonging, body, earth. Fight or flight instinct. How we master our fears, feelings of the right to be, to exist.)

(The sacral issues relate to sexuality, ebb and flow, change, death, sensuality, nurturance, merging, relating, direction, water, feelings. Mastering the feelings of guilt and disconnection.)
